Return & Refund Policy

At Elemental Living & Contemporary Design, we strive to provide exceptional quality and luxury outdoor furniture. Because many of our items are large, made-to-order, or shipped via freight, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
The customer must contact us within the 7-day window to initiate the return process.

Returns that are requested after the 7-day window may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order furniture
Clearance or final sale items
Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

A damaged item
A defective product
An incorrect item sent by Posh Luxe Patios

Because our products ship via freight, return shipping costs may be significant.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
